Remise des clefs sans état des lieux sur site, appartement non conforme aux informations de départ, vaisselle/sols/mobiliers/... sales, inventaire incorrect, literie HS, équipements électriques sales (lave linge, sèche linge, frigo bruyant, WC fuite eau permanente, etc...sèche vêtements dans cellier des années 90, dangereux et s allume tout seul. ....

Appartement sentant le renfermé, poussiéreux, rempli d’araignées, plaids et coussins sur le canapé sales, tachés, Vaisselle sale Très mauvaise literie, matelas tachés Chasse d’eau qui fuit Table en verre de la salle à manger « pâtée » impossible de manger dessus Appartement non fonctionnel qui devrait pas être loué
