Great customer service while checking! Genuine personality and she truly cared to make a special request happen as my husband can't climb stairs so she accommodated us to have a ground floor room. Coffee was good! Really enjoyed the quiet area. slept good!

This property was clean and quiet with super friendly staff! The breakfast was awesome, and there was plenty of space for us and our friends to sit and visit and play games later in the day. Great location!

My friend and I are disabled so I booked on Expedia and then called to ask for first floor room because of no elevator. I should have specified close to front desk and door as hallways are long and difficult to carry luggage that far.
