The woman that checked us in was friendly and handled us very well. (We had a large party and 3 rooms) The rooms were OK but not clean, dusty, stained, and had a smell. The pool was dismal, the hot tub was in a dark corner and was warm at best. No jets and no heat. We then found ramen wrappers floating in the water. The larger pool had rust and stains around it. The hallways leading to the pool area were filthy and covered in cobwebs.

A gentleman named Bryce was extraordinary in his customer service skills and efficiency/intelligence, answering any and all of my questions and requests with prompt perfection. The desk attendant working after him, however, didn’t even make eye contact when speaking with me. There was an unacceptable amount of dust and garbage behind every piece of furniture in our rooms (2), something splattered all over the door to the bathroom in one room, and missing light bulbs, tv remote batteries, and THE TELEPHONE in the other. The beds made loud squawking and wood knocking noises every time we moved, and the bedding was stained on two of the four beds.

Front desk staff were super accommodating and helpful. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were super comfy. Room condition and overall hotel condition left something to be desired. Hall way had water stains in ceiling tile. Room had a protruding outlet from the wall which I had to push back in for fear of having exposed wires. Garbage in elevator as we went up to our floor. Only needed it for a quick stay overnight, had it been for a longer stay it would have mattered a little more.

Please read! I haven never written a hotel review until today. This was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed at. Inches of dust and dirt caked on air vents, disgusting dirty carpet, an elevator that smelled like a corpse was stored there for a few months. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it’s much worse. The water slide stairs are rusty and scream tetanus shot. These 10/10 reviews are a sham. Please stay elsewhere.

This hotel is absolutely filthy and the staff are awful. We booked a stay here through Expedia, the photos looked nice and clean. We got there and the floors were stained ALL over and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The carpets were stained, the tub, the pillow, the chairs were all stained. After seeing everything we turned around and left, we wouldn't stay there. My husband asked the front desk woman for a refund telling her the place was filthy and she said she wasn't authorized to give refunds and she refused to contact the manager to come back and give us a refund. She ignored our concerns about the filth in the hotel as it just being an older hotel. We contacted Expedia and the hotel is refusing to give us a refund through Expedia for a disgusting room that we didn't even stay the night in. It is false advertising on Expedia, those photos look nice this place is gross in real life.

The elevators and hallways and doorways were filthy. Rooms were clean but smelly. Needs major upgrading. The main area when you walked in smelt like sewer, almost like a backup happened. It was quiet but not great.
