The rooms are a bit run down. I had no bar soap provided. The breakfast bar is lacking so I purchased stuff to eat in my room. Hilton used to have nice breakfasts. he price was high for the accommodations - I tend to stay in Home2Suites because I know what to expect but this one, in my opinion, is overpriced and in need of remodeling. I get it's in a college town, but there was nothing going on during my stay - I'd hate to see how much the prices go up during events. On a brighter note, the bed was nice and the front desk people were amazing.
