The hotel is very nice! 2 things: the toilet needs a new seal. It runs constantly. And the sink gets backed up if you have regular water pressure.

We loved our room! The bed and couch were comfy and the room was quiet. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure was good. The breakfast variety was nice but the eggs were wet. We did find it odd that the room did not have a microwave.

Lovely hotel, this was our first time staying at a Hyatt. It was clean, breakfast had many options, and our room was perfect. We could walk to grab something to eat and we felt safe. Hotel staff was over the top friendly as well! We will be staying here again and checking out other hyatts.

The front desk is absolutely the best. So friendly, professional, and courteous. Bar service was friendly as well. Very impressed by hotel staff - smiled, kind, made us feel welcomed and never bothered. Great customer service. The rooms were clean, updated, comfortable, quiet. Relaxing spaces. Lots of eating options and a drug store - 1 minute walk away. 15-20 minute walk to virginia tech campus. 25 min walk to central blacksburg area - coffee shops, restaurants, farmers market. Great location and accommodations! Recommend!!
