Check in was terrible. Two construction guys had been waiting quite a while but computer was very slow I guess. Staff made no contact with me at all. After ten minutes or so I asked if h wanted me to get dinner before getting a room number. Then I said that is what we would do and left

Super nice, friendly staff, fun decor, unexpected inviting lounge/hangout area, lots of games and snacks. Just off the highway. Very clean. Would definitely stay stay again. Highly recommended!!

Rooms are clean and lobby is pretty nice, but rooms are very small and there is no storage in the rooms at all - no closet, no drawers, just hooks on a wall. Trendiness was prioritized over function. Also the property oddly has a Christiansburg address but is located in Radford. If you are trying to be in Christiansburg, make sure you are picking the right Tru location.

Great hotel in Radford.
My second time staying at the Tru Hilton Radford. Perfect location for family visiting Radford and Virginia Tech. Great lobby space with places to hang out, watch tv, play pool and shuffleboard. Staff is friendly and helpful, and rooms are clean and modern. Will definitely stay again
