Keine Zimmerreinigung im 4* Hotel - Schwierig
"Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte.
Sehr freundliche Crew, aber keine automatische Zimmerreinigung, volle Kübel am Abend und fehlende Badetücher. Antwort bei Beschwerde: Sie hätten es verlangen müssen?! Geht im 4* gar nicht.
Wir erwarten kommerzielle Geste mit Reduktion auf die Extras. Vor Publikation auf diesem Portal kam nicht einmal ein Zeichen vom Management. Die sehr nette Réceptionisten hatte am Vorabend keine Möglichkeit für Kulanz… Schwach.
Frühstück super und vielseitig, Airport Shuttle klappt auch prima.
Radisson ist ein Trusted Brand weltweit. Für Toulouse kann der Standard angehoben werden."
