An enchanting, gated driveway nearly a mile long guides you through the verdant hills, ascending to an elevation of 800 feet. The journey promises an awe-inspiring spectacle, culminating in the reveal of a custom-built mansion at the final curve. (During snowy conditions, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is advisable.)
At the summit, pause and indulge in panoramic views that seem to suspend time itself. It's akin to camping atop a mountain, with the added luxury of a sprawling 6,000 sq ft estate as your 'tent'.
Upon entry, a welcoming foyer greets you. The main floor features a cozy bedroom, full bathroom, functional laundry room, spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and direct access to the pool room. Ascend to the second floor to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional full bathroom. Notably, the third-floor bedrooms is uniquely accessible through a second-floor bedroom. Venture to the basement to find two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an expansive game room/living space.
Our home boasts 7 inviting bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms, each meticulously designed for utmost comfort. After adventurous days exploring the trails, the indoor heated pool and hot tub provide a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The estate spans 200 acres of scenic trails, with ongoing restoration efforts initiated in 2021. Traverse high ridges and be mindful of your surroundings, as some trails lead to dead ends. Children must always be supervised.

Booking of this property acknowledges acceptance of this policy, with the person responsible for the booking ensuring that each individual in their party is aware of and signs the waiver before riding. Riders must remain on designated trails at all times.

Please note that while the pool and hot tub are attractive amenities, they may not be available 100% of the time. If an issue occurs that affects the availability a refund will not be given.
Winter bookings: Please be advised, the driveway and the roads will not be serviced in the winter. If you are arriving during or after snowfall you will need four wheel drive.
