Wonderful stay
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Starkl! The hotel is in a fabulous position right across the road from the lake, so we could literally jump right in! Beach towels are available for hire for €5. Our family room was very comfortable with enough space for the 4 of us. We didn’t have a balcony, but we were barely in the room anyway. The staff are very friendly and we loved the buffet breakfast. We also highly recommend the restaurant but would advise to make a reservation. We hope to be back again!

Perfect location for lake Bled, wonderful view of the lake from the panoramic view room., delicious breakfast. One thing to note is that there is a busy road seperating the hotel from the lake, but the triple glazed windows blocked out all the sound. I think this is the case for most lakeside accomodation on the lake. Parking 5e per day additional. Wonderful start to our holiday.

It’s easy to see why the hotel has been operating for nearly a century; the place is beautiful — and only 50 feet from Lake Bled. We crossed the street and went swimming every day. We hope to go back soon.

Beautiful, clean hotel
Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, delicious and wide variety of breakfast, fancy toiletries, house keeping everyday, friendly staff and spacious room for three persons at 101. The only thing we did not care about are the almost see-through bathroom and the fiah smell downstairs when they cook since its adjacent to their restaurant. Other than that it's perfect for the location across Lake Bled plus free glass of champagne upon arrival. We will definitely come back!

Luxury by the lake
This accommodation felt like real luxury. The location of the hotel was breathtaking, right on the shore of Lake Bled. The room was really clean, spacious and stylish. Fancy toiletries was found in the bathroom. The downside is that the bathroom walls were frosted glass, which you could clearly see through if you went near the glass. You could see completely clearly to the room when you sat on the toilet :D The car parking was free. The breakfast had enough of everything to fill the stomach.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, direkt am See mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Man kann das Essen wunderbar auf der Terasse genießen. Ein toller Ort.

Wir haben uns in dem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und schick eingerichtet, das Personal sehr sehr freundlich, das Frühstück hervorragend und die Lage direkt am See traumhaft. Das Restaurant mit der Außenterasse am See und sehr gutem Essen und sehr freundlicher Bedienung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
