Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

O pior lugar do Brasil pra se hospedar
Péssimo, lastimávelmente horrível, falta tudo travesseiros, cobertas,comida, água e faltar água no final de ano em um hotel por pura incompetência que é o ponto alto deste estabelecimento: Incompetência e total despreparo pra resolver pequenos incidentes normal, neste tipo de serviço. Vc sai , entram no quarto e retiram travesseiros cobertas toalhas pra colocar em outro, qdo vc chegar vão e retiram de outro e assim vai. 4 horas após seu horário de check in o quarto não está pronto. A incompetência e o descaso imperam neste péssimo estabelecimento. A piscina estava interditada,mas o que deveria ter sido interditado deveria ter sido o hotel todo. Blumenau sim sempre mas esse lugar horrível jamais

O pior Hotel de Blumenau SC
4 horas após o horário do checkout o quarto não estava pronto. Vc saía de manhã quando chegava a noite tinham entrado no quarto e levado travesseiros, cobertas aí esperava horas até trazerem outras de outros quartos. Não faziam as trocas das toalhas, lençol. Faltou água, o café da manhã também todo dia faltava alguma coisa. Os funcionários da recepção não tem competência pra resolver nada só pra piorar a situação que já não estava nem um pouco aceitável. Péssimo atendimento e péssimo hotel

Hotel está se erguendo novamente, algumas coisas ainda precisa melhorar, banheiras antigas que nem funciona, colchões velhos e algumas dependências do hotel, o bar está fechado com vazamento de água, a piscina estava fechada por reforma e o café da manhã bom em um dia e no outro regular. Mais no geral é o custo benefício. Localização boa para o Réveillon

Uma estadia terrível.
O pessoal do cafe retira coisas para comer la dentro, tige que dar descarga com o bande de lixo, enchendo ele com água e jogando no vaso, o ar condicionado não funcionava. A gerente parecia que estava fugindo da gente, não desejo para um inimigo se hospedar nesse hotel.

Aquém do esperado. O hotel está precisando de uma reforma; o café da manhã é simplório demais e sem opções; o quarto estava cheio de pó nos móveis e o valor produtos deixados no frigobar são exorbitantes. Por um chocolate Kit Kat foi cobrado $12,00; e uma latinha batata feita pequena a singela quantia de $22,00. Caríssimo para o que é oferecido.

O quarto é bem espaçoso, porém, bem antigo, o ar condicionado funciona, mas não tem controle de temperatura, é quente ou muito frio. O tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrada e caindo. O chuveiro é dentro da banheira, bem desconfortável para tomar banho. Fora isso, a cama é confortável e o atendimento foi bom.
