"Die Zimmer sind eine reinste Katastrophe. Beim einchecken wird uns gesagt, dass wir ein upgrade bekommen - in Zimmer angekommen - alles voll dreck (Aufm Boden Haare, Dusche komplett verkalkt, Gardinen dreckig, Bettwäsche dreckig, Handtücher mit Haaren). Nach einer Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer „gereinigt“ mit einem dreckigen Mopp. Am nächsten Tag wurde uns eine Grundreinigung angeboten, es wurde nichts getan!
Weiterer schlechter Punkt, dass Essen immer gleich, es schmeckt nicht und war immer kalt.
Zwei positive Punkte und daher der eine Stern: der Strandberreixh & die freundlichen Mitarbeiter."
