On the upper floor of the only completed in October 2012 cottage with 4 residential units (south facing) can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the modern and comfortable equipment in the living room with corner couch, LCD TV (42 ") and open kitchen. Our app. has 2 LED TV. The modern, high-quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large bedroom on the same floor has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and is equipped with a large sliding door wardrobe. Both rooms have a furnished balcony to relax or enjoy meals in the open air. A staircase leads to an open sleeping gallery with 2 large single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). From here you can enjoy the sea view. A modern bathroom with window and spacious, noble shower completes the facilities. Underfloor heating in the entire apartment and a cozy stove make your holiday in the winter to a wonderful experience. For our little guests, we are happy to provide a travel cot and a highchair for free. A parking lot and bicycle storage facilities are located in front of the house. Excursion destinations such as Heiligendamm, Kühlungsborn, Bad Doberan, Rostock and Warnemünde are in the immediate vicinity. In addition to Baltic flair, they offer variety for the whole family.
