We had some hot water problems at the start AND issues with keeping our Room Key active due to some problems you were having with your computer system - that we we had a great stay and enjoyed the breakfast. Your staff was always quite gracious - our Guides Alvaro and Andrea were excellent!!

First Time In Colombia
First time in Colombia and I WILL BE BACK especially this hotel !!! From the minute we arrived the front desk was very accommodating and also the employees at the restaurant. In our opinion - it was ok. We stayed in a suite. They did not changed the sheets at all during our 3 night stay, the bathroom shower wall was full of mold and mildew and we had to pay to self park even though our reservation stated free self parking. It was not until we brought it to the front desk when they stated we did not have to pay for parking- it was day 3.
