On my case I went for a surgery and it was not so pleasant with a lot of traffic and busses on my side room, I could not open the window because of noise and smoke, as I have to be in close the room it was my big issue at end, the staff were 10/10 breakfast awesome, shopping center you can reached just walking through avenue

The fact that I purchased a bigger room with 2 beds and they refused to give me the room i paid for instead said we apologize we will get you a roll away bed. I think is absolutely ridiculous because they can see what i purchased and didn't stand by the reservation

Welcoming, charming, secure in N. Bogota
The staff is perfectly trained , accommodating and welcoming! Stayed here 15 yrs ago and returned for these reasons-Old world charm, comfy beds, extremely secure and safe. Delicious bar & restaurants one where authentic Italian food is served! Phenomenal breakfast buffet & fresh cocktails at the bar. Highly recommend for business or pleasure if wanting to stay in the northern part of the city. Big mall across the street with Éxito and lots of shops and food within walking distance.
