Good, reasonable cost hotel in Boise
Good, clean and quiet hotel. It is not on the freeway but close enough. Near stores and close to airport and downtown. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. We will stay there again.

The noise from the street was enough to wake me a few times during the night and kept me up after an early morning loud truck muffler wake up call. I have a firm mattress at home, however, the mattress I had was hard... not firm, but hard. Other than a horrible night's sleep, it was okay.

I was charged 2 times after I already paid for the room during booking, the young man Justin helped me immediately resolve the issue but the second time I was charged the apparent manager of the building told me there was nothing she could do when the young man before refunded the money.

The overall outward appearance of facility and grounds were good. The room overall was clean with the following exceptions 1. Office Chair arm rest was broken (picture provided) 2. Bathroom Shower stall had mold growing in a number of locations (picture provided). While I otherwise might have endorsed this facility, I cannot given the significance of health related concerns assoicated with the presence of mold.
