Staff was very nice, and kids liked the breakfast Buffett. Front lobby and exterior is as pictured. Rooms were unfortunately not as nice in person as they look online. The local phone number provided to call in advance for things like late check in is not answered and has no way to leave a message. This made it hard to confirm a late arrival time. I had to try multiple times/different days to reach someone until I finally just called the national booking line and stayed on hold for a long time while they reached someone for me. Upstairs Hallways and the Rooms could use a refresh (new carpet, new paint, new pillows, clean bathroom caulking without mold, etc). We liked the location, but probably will not stay again.

From the moment we hot to rhe door and our key cards wouldnt work started issues. We had to go to the front desk at leasr once a day to fix key cards. The toilet continually flushed unless you fidgeted with the handle, the bed was completely uncomfortable. Our suite was directly in front of the elevator so every morning we were woke up to dogs barking or people coming in late being very loud. Hot tub was also out of commission. The only positive was the location.

I am not a fan of wall mounted blowers for heat and AC. Also, the TV should include instructions for the satellite. Breakfast very mediocre and perfunctory.

Dirty ran out pillowcase covers, window was moldy, bathroom had dead spider on floor was not clean. I will never stay at La Quinta again had old furniture, old carpet, bed was hard ,room smell when air conditioning turns on, rip wallpaper molded above window. Rip on curtain other curtain was missing hook.

From the minute I walked, I felt like the staff preferred to talk with each other rather checking me in. They were in the back office just talking away. I believe it was the Manager that was leading the group, saying how great the clerk was at the front desk. When people in front of me asked where to eat, he had no idea. Breakfast was not impressive and the gal that was working the breakfast room seemed uninterested in working at all.
