Great place, great staff! Very clean, priced well!
I’ve been staying here for a couple years now when I fly in or out really early or arrive back in really late since I live over an hour away from the airport in the mountains. The staff has been great except once, but it was 0300, so maybe he was tired. I like that they will order you an Uber at their expense to get you to and from the airport instead of a shuttle you sometimes have to wait quite awhile for at times at other hotels nearby. I myself have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, so I’ve made a few suggestions here and there and by the time I’ve flown back in at the end of the trip, they had already implemented my suggestions! They are actually very responsive to the replies they send you, when you answer them back! That has been a pleasant surprise unlike some automated texts from other hotels which are probably never even seen by the reception staff much less responded to.

My first time staying at this property & I was blown away at the size of the room. I just used it as a overnight/leave at 4 am room for the airport & I will use it again in the future. Keep it up guys & gals!! BTW, thank you for the early (hour) check-in, I really appreciated that.

Simple Suites was clean and comfortable, and I felt like I was at home. We did have to wait 10-15 minutes before we could check in because there was only one person manning the front desk and he had been elsewhere in the hotel; however, was cordial and helpful when he returned.

First thing, this is meant to be an extended stay and we don’t address 1-2 night stays usually. The front person told a customer that when I was getting coffee and I was amazed. No house keeping daily, only when you leave. Heard our nieghbor and the dogs barking. Front desk people don’t say hi and when we checked in from the managers office was F-bombs and talking about coming out in a Christian family. Some people don’t want to hear talk like that. Boise is still conservative even if they are open minded. The fitted sheets was for a king bed not a queen, kept coming off. Woke up with bed bites. Cheap yes, should of paid a little more.
