It’s good, close to many important parts of Bologna. I just didn’t have hot water... I didn’t really care since it is summer time but if it’s important to you—you should ask. But I did have AC! Which is a must if you come during summer.

We did not like the surprise extra governmental daily taxes. Those should already be included on the room rate. We would not have any issue to pay the taxes up front. NEXT the Hotel internet (WI-FI) was not available during our entire stay.

Beaut little stay in Bologna.
Fantastic stay at the separate apartment, just 20m from the main hotel. We were on the top floor - a lift takes you up two floors, then you take two more flights of stairs. Be mindful of this if you have large/heavy baggage. But a very pleasant stay. A shame we were only in town for one night! Easy walk to the Centre of town and main attractions.

Nice staff and great location, the room was a bit noisy as I could hear a lot of stuff through the walls but that is old buildings for you. Not hotel fault. All in all I would say a good stay and good amenities.

Hotel (Albergo) Centrale was a perfectly good spot to spend in Bologna for a couple of nights. It was centrally located and within easy walking distance to all of downtown Bologna. The room was spacious enough and most importantly, clean. It's showing a bit of wear, but they look after it well. The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. I'd stay here again.
