We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. The room was massive and we loved it. Hotel is a short walk from the train station and about a 15 minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. We went to several delicious restaurants nearby.

Beautiful place, located a little hidden, but 2 blocks from the main streets. The place is safe, but the streets to get to the hotel late at night are dark ... Beautiful chandeliers, carpets and fabrics on the walls make it look elegant. Excellent breakfast, located in the center of Bologna It is a good place to stay.

The area around hotel is not touristy, more of a working neighborhood. It is a few minutes' walk to Bologa Centrale train station and 20-25 minutes walk to historic town center. Our hotel rooms were large and clean but the air conditioning did not work as well as it should. However, the weather was very hot in the 90s Fahrenheit.

There was cigarette smoke coming in through the vents. Maybe people smoking outside near the main vent and the smoke was coming in to the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly situated within a walking distance to the main piazza and the train station. The hotel itself is super clean, comfortable, and classy. Our room was very spacious and linens were of high quality. Best of all, the staff at the front are very friendly. The only problem is the air conditioning in our room was not so effective. It needs an upgrade. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks

Short walk from train station. Very clean, and the property is in excellent condition. Included breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel is in an area that is slightly outside the main tourist center, but only a short walk away. This makes it quiet at night. Great hotel.

Breakfast buffet was superb!
The service was very good at the front desk, bar and breakfast area . We loved the wonderful breakfast buffet which was diverse and delicious! Room was comfortable and spacious. Granted, the formal decor is less in style but the hotel is clean and comfortable.

The location was good, close to train. Room size was larger than other rooms. The service was good with the porter and manager.Hotel checkin was slow, room AC not working and after several tries to fix it, we were moved to anorher room. Facilities were very nice.

Hotel is really amazing... beautifully decorated wiht best of furnishings. Marble flooring extensively used. Huge breakfast selection, in my opinion a 5 star hotel although no pool. Room extra comfortable although older style meant showering whilst standing in a bath is a pity. Hotel is well located although the taxi took us for a ride to the railway station which in itself was not easy to navigate. Our train 4 floors down! I certainly would return...
