Great location.
Beautiful room in the heart of Bologna with many bars and restaurants a short walk away. Room is spotlessly clean with breakfast items left in fridge. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Spotlessly clean & comfortable with a quirky steam punk vibe, this unique property in an area within walkable distance to many tourist attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby to suit all tastes and budgets. The owner provided a useful list of information including taxi numbers and so on.

Room in Bologna
Excellent room, super comfortable, spacious and clean. Despite being on a street that is very busy and noisy at night, the room is quiet, the windows block all sounds.The restaurants and bars everywhere in Bologna are great, but downstairs seems to be a very vibrant aerea. The staff was very helpful, accommodating and kind. Highly recommend.

Like another fellow traveler, we were not provided check in instructions before we arrived. After a full day of travel we were stuck standing in front of a big wooden door surrounded by graffiti and stickers, and people sitting all around in a bar staring at us, unable to enter because there was no one there to open the door, though we were there at the agreed upon time. We had to call to get someone to press the button for us to enter. After going through four different doors, We finally arrived at our rental. The room was very clean and matched the pictures perfectly, the bed is the best bet we slept on during our entire three week trip. Breakfast was just ok, like any 2 star hotel..though this is not a hotel. The train station is a 20 minute walk, or 10 minute bus. The hostess was very accommodating, she just really messed up in the beginning so we were off to a not so good start.

Valentina was a great host, and her recommendations for dinning out were spot on. Daily cleaning and breakfast was a treat. I highly recommend her apartment, I will stay again on our next visit

Our room was very large and comfortable. Valentina was very kind. We were given a free minibar with soft drinks, biscuits, jams, coffee and tea. The area is bustling with students so there are lots of great bars and restaurants. Despite the noise from the street, the room was well isolated so we had a lovely night. Overall, we’re very pleased with our stay.

the property is kept very nicely and is very clean - valentina was a lovely host and very helpful with our trip to bologna - this is a lovely property, one floor up (no lift) in a youthful and energetic neighborhood - easy walking to the center of bologna and convenient to the train station

Terrific location to explore Bologna on foot. Personal welcome from the lovely Valentina, comfortable beds and a really good shower. The big let down was the thoroughly inadequate AC. We tried to set it to the coolest setting but it wasn’t up to the task. We had a terrible time trying to sleep through the August heat

The room was very quiet, staff very friendly (notes only on site a few hours a day) No lift for bags and you have to enter through a security gate. Ok for us but may be inconvenient for some. Area very convenient and becomes a great hub of activity at night. Really loved the style of the room.

We had a great stay. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Valentina was a super nice and helpful host. Loved the area as well, lovely little bars downstairs, but the appartement is super well insulated so you don’t hear a thing.

The room we had was very good . Lovely bathroom. Breakfast is provided in your room and was plenty for the two of us. The Tv was a smart tv but could not get terrestrial channels so could not watch the euro football. Also unable to change the settings from German to English language. The area around the steam room is little shabby but this didn’t spoil our stay.

This is a large, modern, well furnished apartment. I was a little concerned that the 2 beds would be sofa beds, as there were no pictures, but they are proper, slatted, single beds. Air con good. Breakfast in room is a bonus. Shower powerful. Valentina was super helpful and very responsive. Its not obvious that you have to go upstairs after you enter the building. It is a busy area, particularly in the evening, with popular bars below. You can vaguely hear the music and voices in the apartment, but not enough to stop me sleeping after lots of walking. Bologna is beautiful, plenty to see. We also had a day trip to Parma by train which I would recommend.

The hotel is within a building so initially I didn’t see it. At nighttime there is a bar downstairs and people drinking on the sidewalk which was confronting when I needed to unlock the entrance door. The breakfast range was very good and I enjoyed Netflix.

Chose to walk to the property during their very limited checkin times, but did find an helpful person for checkin. Clean room and in room continental breakfast provided. Shower head needs adjustment.
