"Der Service war super. Eines habe ich aber festgestellt. Die an der Rezeption hatte keine Ahnung wo das Mountain Museum Sigmundskron ist und ich hatte für mich und meinen Mann wegen sehr früher Abreise 2 getrennte Formulare schon am Tag vorher in der Früh für Lunchpakete abgegeben mit der Uhrzeit des Abholens. Leider war dann nur eines her gerichtet und auf das andere haben wir noch gewartet . Das ist alles okay, wenn man nicht gestresst auf den Zug muss. Für mich war die Vorbereitung unprofessionell . Die Rezeption ist in mancher Hinsicht verbesserungsbedürftig. Trotzdem ist alles sehr herrlich gewesen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Der Service ist in allen anderen Bereichen großartig. Vielen lieben Dank Ihnen."
