From checking in to checking out, our experience was wonderful. Checking in and checking out were both fast and easy and the staff were extremely accommodating. Our room was very clean and the ambience (lighted mountain pictures, sunset picture, and sound machine) helped make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again.

Beware for multiple credit card charges
We were together with another couple and we had a terrible time. They charged the rooms cost multiple times (4 times to one of us, 2 times to a second person and 3 times to another person). I have never experienced such an incompetence while at the same time we were not told what was going on in a straight manner. After almost four weeks the charges have been reversed but it ruined our experience at the hotel and impacted our time there because we were worried about the situation. I have never experienced such a situation!

A Quality Stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect. Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Even with the presence of renovations due to hurricane Helene, the hotel was very clean and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
