L'état général de l'hôtel . La tromperie par rapport aux photos de présentation sur le site de vente ,l'accueil impersonnel,ignorance du client,le chauffage défectueux et bruyant,les abords et extérieurs négligés ....... Nous n'avons pas occupé la chambre la deuxième nuit pour un autre hôtel.(chambre payée).
