Fine for an 8-hour stop, but dirty underwear found under the bed and facial hair was stuck on the bathroom wall where someone had obviously tapped out their shaver. In plain sight, can't believe the cleaners missed it.

Everything was ok except of that orher guests slammed their doors so loud. It was very disturbing. Why don’t they just press down the doorhandle and close the door like that? So easy and guiet.

Hotel with windows inside the shopping centre
The hotel was nice, but the window view is into the building (shopping centre Kupolen), not to the outside. So you can’t open the window and can even understand if it’s sunny or snowy today. Not so pleasant feeling. The hotel is without any staff most part of the day and nights also. So if something happens it’s difficult to ask for help immediately. The neighbors were very noisy and I couldn’t do anything, in a reception could be on its place...

Not very good but the location is perfect.
First day (Sat) breakfast was put in a bag in the fridge with left overs bread. cold shower because I was alone there or may be we were only 2 guests. Don't forget to wipe the floor after shower because if you don't your socks get angry. next day was normal breakfast. afternoon biscuits with the free coffee for short time and took also the coffee base which made it difficult to make coffee. Then, I woke up at 5am every morning freezing! Great location only. It is more a hostel not a hotel because there is no reception and no hotel services.

Incheckning skedde utan någon på plats vilken var förvirrade. Fanns frukost med väldigt litet utbud. Sen fanns det vatten från toaletten på badrumsgolvet.

Uruselt hotell
Uruselt hotell. Bokar hotell med frukost men första morgonen är det tomt i frukostrummet. Får tag på ägaren Calle som lovar skicka ut någon men Ingen dyker upp. Han lovar en kompensation men trots flera mail och samtal har inte det heller synts till. Andra morgonen serveras frukost men redan en timme innan frukosten ska stänga blir jag nästan utkörd. Frukostvördinnan undrar om jag inte ska checka ut och står ned mopp och trasa vid mitt bord och inväntar att jag ska gå. Koden som man ska gå automatiskt vid incheckning fick jag själv ringa efter. Folk sitter och hänger på golvet i gemensamma utrymmen. Dusch utan tryck så kan knappt få ut schampot i håret. Välj inte detta hotell om du ska bo i Borlänge. Har tidigare bott på Hotell Gylle och alltid varit helnöjd!

Jag spenderade en natt här och blev nöjd! Trots obemannad reception vid ankomst fick jag tydliga incheckningsinstruktioner via sms. Rummet var rent och frukosten var bra. Väldigt prisvärt boende!
