Comfortable place to stay, friendly staff and great price. Extremely disappointed with Shuttle. Needs to run every 30 minutes. Especially when there were 2 Sets of two guests that were informed we could catch a ride at 12:30 and you all wouldn't accommodate that when we were waiting.

This place, though modern, is built like a card board house. Super thin, uninsulated walls. You hear everything! If the tv next door is on you will not be sleeping! Will never stay here again.

If you’re a Marriott, Hilton person this is not the hotel for you. I only needed the hotel for an overnight layover but about five hours. The toilet has a red stain, the floor has a red stain. I had already been to the front desk to return an inoperable key and to ask for a room closer to the elevator because walking through the maze of hallways after midnight was creepy. Anyway I didn’t feel like going back to the front desk thereafter to report the nasty bathroom I just didn’t use it. I picked this hotel because the shuttle could accommodate my late arrival and super early departure. Well, this morning the shuttle driver called out retorting to the front desk agent calling a group of us an uber. Rate it what you wish. That’s my experience.

This hotel was very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Our room faced the street out front and it was very noisy. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast but it was good and had a good variety.

I asked for a wake-up call for 4:30 AM that came through at 3:30 AM, which woke me up from a deep sleep. When I asked for it to be re-booked, the front desk said they would do that but didn’t. If I hadn’t had my own back-up alarm, I would have missed my flight. The common areas weren’t especially clean - perhaps from setting dirty throughout the day - and the seal on the door to my room needed repair. Otherwise, it was fine; check-in was efficient and the room itself was clean enough.
