I answered the last question inconvenient since the hotel had no place nearby to take a quick walk. I visited my Granddaughter, and other family came from out of town for a football game, and I did not have a car.

Overall it would have been an average hotel stay, but our room had an extremely strong, unpleasant smell that was made worse when the fan came on. The windows don't open either.

Bathtub had a big chunk of hair in it when we checked in - when mentioned it didn’t seem that big a deal to the hotel. They charged a lot for our room - mostly because they can, I guess. Fridge was banged up and leaking as well. Onsite pub definitely didn’t make things from scratch as we were told. Decent location though, I guess.

Not worth the 200 plus usd a night
The room seems old and not well maintained. Staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast is not that bad and not that good at the same time. You pay for parking. Hotel location is picturesque though but the room we stayed on doesn't feel like its 200 usd plus a night.

Waking to the view of the water from bed first thing in the morning was one of my favorite things about this trip. There's even a walking path along the beach and out to a gazebo over the water. There's dining in the hotel at the pub, and the free breakfast was great. If I ever make it back I will definitely stay here again.
