This is a great hotel to stay at. Customer service is excellent and the place is very very clean. Nice bed and pillows which is not easy to find due to my back problems. Breakfast is good, with slight variety day to day. The Tavern next door has a great restaurant, food is delicious and the best hamburgers in the USA!!! ... for sure...

I was delighted by its offer of board games in the lobby - great for my family - and its proximity to an amazing restaurant. It is attached directly to a delicious spot called Sam Walker’s American Tavern. There was something on the menu for all of us, no small feat for a group with a meat-driven athlete, a vegetarian, and a very particular 7-year-old.

The pool has been closed for a long time
Hi went to visit with a group of friends and children. Was very disappointed to find out when we first checked in, the pools closed. I should have read the reviews for the false advertising of an indoor pool because apparently it’s been like that for a very very long time. Best western should take the pool off their website as an amenity because that’s false advertising. Wish I would’ve known before hand, as we would’ve definitely booked a different hotel with a pool. My advice is call the hotel to see if the pool is open before you book the room. But other than that food was okay, and beds and linens were very comfortable and clean. Cleaning lady cleaned our room everyday, which was nice.

The only reason giving it 4 stars is beqcuase pool was out of service. Other than that it was great! Wonderful location. Yummy brrakfasy. Great staff. Jose was so friendly and warm!
