This property is in the most perfect location in downtown Boston, it was honestly better than I imagined. My husband and I stayed here for our 2 year anniversary. Even though the building was under construction, everything was quiet and nice during our stay. We didn't rent a car so we walked everywhere and it was close to everything it felt. 10/10

A nice place. Will be even better when the refurb is over. The grandeur of the place is great. Good location. JFK proposed to Jackie there. You can sit at their table. This hotel created the Parker roll and the Boston Cream Pie. Tasty food here and tons of interesting historical facts about it, including all the famous people who stayed or worked here.

Very interesting, grand and well-placed hotel to explore and enjoy Boston. At the time of stay and review, the hotel was being refurbished. The construction work began at 6am so this irritated an otherwise very pleasant stay. So, great place but the noise starting that early is highly irritating. And yes, it idid start that early, despite any city regs saying it should start later. Nice staff and interesting, historic hotel though.
