Very nice and clean property. Bathrooms in the lobby close after bar closes, not convenient if we were to stay in the lobby. The hotel did not provided with a wine openers, not covenient ether. Only one restaurant and very expensive. Very nice hotel but i will not stay in again.

The hotel was nice and clean but in our room the television was on the side wall and could not be moved so we both had sore necks in the morning and the beds had sheets that seemed to be almost like a rubber sheet. Made the bed hot and uncomfortable during the night. The valet was very helpful and top notch!

The property itself was fairly comfortable, but we had issues with the door and lock sticking (I could barely open the door with my full weight pushing on the handle). The price of food and drink within the hotel also seemed inflated compared to other locations near by, so we spent a lot of time finding other locations to eat. For the price you pay for the rooms, having breakfast included would be a great perk.

I had a great time at the hotel. The location is great, the staff is super helpful and the hotel is pretty. I was able to relax during my stay and enjoy a good night sleep.

We arrived to a staff strike which included loud drumming, chanting, foghorns etc. It would have been nice to have been told about this prior to arrival. In addition the room was not made up on out 2nd day which meant not clean towels, etc. The water glasses in the main restaurant were dirty on at least the couple tables we sat at and the restaurant was only open a couple hours for lunch, 12:-2:00 p.m. which was frustrating and not what you would expect given the rates charged both for accommodation and food. Not a Hilton best, I've stayed at this property a couple of years ago and it was much better, having said all that the staff who were working were wonderful,

Mostly the room was the biggest disappointment. We got the "wicked small" queen room and it was a tight fit. But the cleanliness left much to be desired. There was hair still in the bathtub and the hair dryer had a layer of dust inside from years past. But it was safe and the staff were friendly and helpful. Mamadu got us set up with a mini fridge and an ironing board.

Hotel is near the green line which is convenient in traveling around Boston! Definitely a good place to stay and would come here again. My only complaint was the hard bed as it wasn’t as comfortable but that doesn’t mean the hotel does not deserve the 5 star!

Property was under siege from the striking workforce for the first few days of our trip. So the rooms were left untidy and the constant noise from the disgruntled employees was difficult.

Staff seemed aloof and too self absorbed to offer any real help or info even regarding how the room service worked, no fridge or microwave in hotel, smallest most cramped room, bellhop said phone system was broken. As a whole, just a snooty hotel with a cramped as hell room, poor communication about receipt & valet. Not a good experience. Stayed the night prior at the Hilton Doubletree in Danvers and that was fantastic. What a contrast.

They waited until my card was charged to disclose there was a major strike that woke up all guests every morning at 6:00 AM. My hairdryer was broken and called down to the front desk and they told me to let my hair air dry. The tv and windows were both streaky to the point where when I turned the tv on I had to dust it myself. We have stayed there a few years prior and always recommend it when staying in Boston so it’s a shame.
