We had a great stay at citizen M. Friendly staff, easy self check in and check out process. Julian from the lobby bar was very nice and gave us recommendations for things to do around the area. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to back bay’s newbury street, shops and restaurants. It rained during our stay so we really appreciated that the hotel provided us with free umbrellas for rent. Definitely recommended!
