Room window shade didn’t open

During my stay, I encountered a significant issue: the window shade wouldn't open, making the room feel claustrophobic. Despite reporting this to the staff, it remained unfixed. The inability to open the window shade was not just a minor inconvenience; it fundamentally altered the ambiance of the room and the lack of natural light made the room feel confining.

This hotel was a great stay especially if your going to a Boston Celtics, Bruins hockey game or anything other event there and you want to be super close to the venue which is literally just steps away then this is the place for you. Also in the lobby upstairs they have multiple seating areas where some have game at them, a full service bar and other areas where you can work off your computer. They have a nice outdoor space weather permitting is great with great views of the area and buildings.

It was our first time staying at CitizenM Boston. Staff were all exceptional. Room was comfortable. View was stunning. Location was amazing. We were less tan 1 minute walk from TD Gardens and about a 15 min walk to Quincy Market. Transportation to and from Logan was easy. Would definitely stay there the next time we are on Boston.
