The hotel was adequate for a short overnight stay. No complementary breakfast was a negative when traveling on a tight schedule. The shuttle was fine but the hotel is an inconvenient distance from the airport. The bathrooms are poorly designed, poorly lighted, and the tub/shower porcelain coating is warn off. Time to renovate if Marriott wants to be competitive.

Comment- very clean and comfortable. Complaint - our TV was not responding to the remote, no channels, no volume, no off/on. I went to front desk for new batteries. They didn't have any and said they would send up a "engineer". No one came. We had to unplug the TV just to turn it off. Frustrating. Also USB plug and desk lamp didn't work. Ice machine broken. It was so nice, we were surprised with all the things that were not working.

We stayed here one night before a cruise. The hotel was close to the airport and quite close to the Flynn cruise port. The room was spacious and clean. There is a very nice restaurant onsite. Compared to other hotels, it was very reasonably priced.

We arrived early and they already had our room available, unloaded and were hungry but the restaurant was closed. Front desk recommended a tremendous option in Revere, a short drive away. Luggage storage privided Free parking was a bonus. Free shuttle to the airport too. Our stay was enjoyable...thank you.

I’m a Marriott member for decades and could not get a free bottle of water at Check in. A penny wise and a dollar foolish for the pricey room. Also no central heating or air but a window unit you’d find in motel 6. Also iPhone charging unit required a plug attachment. Hotel needs major updating.
