Staff was very nice. Was able to get a late check out. Quiet room. Comfy bedding with plenty of thick covers. Breakfast buffet was additional, but worth getting ahead of time. You could also order form the menu.

I booked a two bed, room and was given a one bed, room for me and my teenage son. We stayed there to attend a trading card show held at the hotel. Was told I should not have used Expedia to book. That’s why I was given a downgrade room. I paid $350.00 for the two bed, room and would not receive any money off since I used Expedia. 3rd party. So this hotel does hold or respect 3rd party booking.

The room was nice, but there wasn't a microwave. We felt there needed to be shower handles to hold onto for safety. Better irons and boards,there wasn't a continental breakfast other than that our stay was nice.

Staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant was great (our server was awesome), and our room was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed had a broken frame or some similar issue, so there was an unfortunate saggy area on one side. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again; I’m sure the bed was an isolated issue with our room.

When we checked in we were told breakfast was included. We took advantage of it on the first morning of our stay and it was great. The next day we were told it would over 20 per person to eat. We went into down town Boston and ate better for cheaper. When we can back we asked a different person at the front about breakfast and she said breakfast was not included with our stay. I just feel the staff should be in the same page about the information given out.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean and well appointed. There is a sports bar attached the hotel which serves a good selection of food and drinks. Breakfast buffet in the sports bar was excellent and just what was required after a long flight and the start of a long road trip. We chose this as our first night in the USA and found it easy to access from Boston Logan airport and then for accessing the New England coastal route for our onward trip.
