Hotel room was filthy. You cannot clean the bathroom floors with tack paper. The couch in our room was stained with God knows what. My sheets had yellow marks on them and house keeper was reluctant to change sheets when requested.

The room wasnt cleaned well. We needed towels and called the front desk to request some. They never came. Had to call again the following day. Hours later they brought some. The soap and shampoo bottkes in the shower were empty. I Honesty would not recommend this hotel. Ive never had an issue with Doubletree before. I was just a little disappointed with this one

The room was poorly kept. Dust everywhere and things were visually dirty. I check my bed for bedbugs. That’s how dirty the room felt. I wanted to switch rooms but because we are a family of 5 another room would not accommodate us. The staff were very polite and did try to help us which I was grateful for.
