Very mediocre overall. We waited 20 minutes and had to call the hotel shuttle to pick us up at the airport to take us to the hotel. And then there was no offer to have a shuttle take us from the hotel to the rental car place (7 minute walk the next morning).

The free breakfast was a big hit! Love the variety of juices available! The pool and hot tub were decent, exercise room a little small. Pretty heavily trafficked hotel, at least at Thanksgiving, so we heard a little too much noise at times. The cleaning crew was great!
