It took forever to check in because there was only one person behind the counter and she had to deal with several people who needed things. We had one towel in our room no face clothes and had to use the only hand towel as a face cloth. In the side drawer I found a box of candy and several pieces on the floor.

Two lights didn’t work, the remote didn’t work and the heat stopped working within a couple hours of being there and we have a baby. Granted it was fixed when we called someone but that should not have happen. We were freezing.

The rooms seem outdated and in need of upgrades. We were placed in one room and when the hvac unit began to make noise in the middle of the night causing us to have to change rooms. The front desk was extremely nice and even waived the parking fee so they made up for it.

First of all i got billed by both hotels.com and the actual hotel. On top of that it was $100 hold per day for incidentals that wasnt diaclosed up front along with $90 for parking for 3 days that wasnt explained . A HOTEL I EXPECTED TO PAY $297 FOR ENDED UP CHARGING My Card $1000.... and frint desk clerk ac t like shr didnt know how to help with the double bill and the other charges are what they were ...

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious! I wish there was NO fee to park. I understand a fee if we are in Boston or another major city but Waltham???? Complementary parking would go a long was towards unreserved satisfaction.

The day was fine. It was only for one night however, the food in the evening was not good for the money that you pay for breakfast was good, but I would never eat there again in the evening overall stay nice.

Gross bathroom

The hotel has a stange set up, where the inside is like an outdoor motel. Which causes it to be fairly loud. Was woken up more than once by noise in the "courtyard" area. And the rooms nearby were noisey. There could be more bedding provided, the beds was thin, and nothing extra provided for the pull-out. I didn't notice until the mornig that the bathroom was poorly cleaned from the last guest.
