This place was clean and close to Salem, which is what we were looking for. Breakfast is okay, and it saves you a few dollars from eating out. The most inconvenient part is that you pay to park, and that’s how they make the extra money from guests. The gym is nice, we didn’t get to go to the pool (too many kids that weekend). Overall a nice stay.

We did not expect the room was a suite, very spacious and functional. The breakfast is good, especially the order to make omelets. The seasonal fruits are great and there are many other selections. On the whole the hotel is comfortable and nice. We booked almost 6 weeks ahead so we got good rates. Thanks to Expedia.

Had to have the key reprogrammed everyday. The physical key and door key. The front doors were broken and we had to manually open extremely heavy doors every day of our 5day stay. $15 for extremely inconvenience parking. Had to walk in the dark parking lot to get into the hotel every night. Cold breakfast and all toasters were broken.

We loved the interior and staff were very friendly. The pool was nice and the beds were comfortable . I did leave things behind (wallet and my child left tablet) and was surprised they didn’t contact me. We were able to recover them. I do know it was my responsibility to remember my belongings, I just thought out of kindness they could have contacted me because they had ALL my info to do so. I would have liked all day room service (starts at 5pm) and the menu is not kid friendly. we were unable to bring our breakfast back to the room. The breakfast was a nice surprise though with custom omelette made by a very friendly chef. We will definitely be staying again and be more careful with our belongings! I swear we triple checked!! I would recommend staying here.

For the most part our stay was amazing. Only complaint we had was 3 of our pillows had stains on them, one of our lights kept flickering on and off and then our phone didn’t have a dial tone so we had to physically go down stairs and ask for whatever it was that we needed

Providing breakfast with cheap plastic forks and knives was not nice. For the entire room full of people, there was one toaster to warm up the bread. Breakfast area was a disorganized mess. Tables were not clean. Trash cans were full to the top. Pool and gym area, common restrooms looked OK. My room was not well maintained, and several power outlets did not work. I have a feeling that I did not get the bang for the buck. This was definitely not a $330 per night room in the quality of service. I stayed at many Hilton chain properties before, including suites. Staff was nice and friendly but the room had no coffee pods, there was only 1 cup for a room that had 3 occupants, and many things were not how it was supposed to be. Location was convenient. Client quality was suffering a bit. They serve big parties of school students or sports teams, and there was noise around the building in general. Average experience, gets three stars. I do not recommend this property for the “last minute”reservations. Keep your expectations at a bare minimum.
