The room was dirty. Bathroom wasn’t clean and stains on the pillow. Pictures on the the Webb are not how the rooms look. They are completely different. Don’t recommend it to anyone

Agree with many of the prior reviews. Staff were very friendly but the room itself was not worth what we paid - Dirty mattress cover under the sheets, cracked and peeling surfaces all over (e.g. exposed water-damaged particle board in the bathroom). We felt itchy almost immediately after getting into the bed - guessing it was dust mites, since we didn't get any bed bug bites overnight. The floor did not appear to have been vacuumed prior to our staying there.

Disgusting

Had to switch rooms due to a non working fridge and mice. I was treated absolutely horrible. They said THEY could not replace the tv as it was not working. I spent 2 days without a tv. There was dog poop in the hall which I stepped in. The smell in that place was do bad I had to cover my face when leaving or entering. Dead roaches..dirty sheets. I will never use this site unless they reimburse me. I have photos of the bed bug bites. I was sick for over a week.

It was close to Lahey hospital. Hallways smelt like burnt cabbage and inside the room. The room itself was filthy, you couldn't even see in the wall mirror there was so much slime on it. Kids next to the room were out of control screaming. at least the man at the front desk said no problem getting my money refunded because I was able to contact him before the six O'clock dedline so that was nice on his part.

The room was not clean. Cobwebs in the corners, under the bed was disgusting. It was full of dirt. The shower had hair in it, the sheets were stained green/blue, the towels also had dirt marks on them. The hallways smelt terrible as well. The man that checked us in was very nice though, and all the staff were nice. The facility needs to just clean up and it would be so much better.

Worst place ive ever stayed in. Broken bed holes in the wall, smelled awful, front desk staff made me wait while she took personal phone call for 15 minutes, no plates cups pans in the kitchen. Tub was broken. Absolutely horrendous do not go there

The odor in the common areas was terrible. Room cleanliness was marginal. I opened the cabinet below the bathroom sink and spotted dirt. One day a roach appeared on the kitchen counter. Questionable characters loitering outside the entrance to the hotel.

When we arrived at the Hotel the hallway to our room had a horrible odor. The room itself was not what we expected either. None of the outlets or the tv worked , the shower had horrible stains , and the beds did not feel as if they were cleaned properly. The worse was the room we were next to had a screaming child and non stop banging noises. I had spoken with the front desk employee about these issues and asked her for another room. The next room we were in seemed okay , until the next morning we had checked the bathroom. The towels were stained , the shower had horrible mold and dark red stains. Even worse the shower did not work properly, I did address this with another employee and he told me i would receive a phone call regarding the issues from a manager. I have yet to hear back.

The hotel has people living there permanently. This was not mentioned in the hotel.com website. The room very bad smell. There are cockroaches crawling on the floor and the walls. Bathroom is rundown and crack on the bath tub. I had booked the room for two nights. First night I had no choice to stay because I checked in late. Next morning I just left the hotel and did not get a refund because the reception guy said he can’t help me. His name is Warren and he did feel bad for me and said he said the hotels.com should not be having the extended stay on Their hotel listing. Try to call hotel.com didn’t see any number to call on website. Only chatting and they were not helpful. May be this is AI virtual assistant. I always book through hotels.com and had no issues like this.

I travel a lot for business and this place was by far the worse. So unsanitary! There were hairs on the vanity, dirty toilet, floor sooo dirty , i found paper, candy hair and more hair and even a fork under my bed.
