This was a good property and a nice area. The rooms were upgraded recently, and I was very comfortable. I would recommend this property highly there were places to eat and easy access to major highways and places to eat. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The train all day long until 11 is horrible. The constant screeching of the trucks on the highway right outside your window are noisy. The hotel breakfast is the saving grace. Great food. Well kept and constantly added to.

Newly renovated room with a comfortable bed (pillows are a little thin). One interesting thing to note is that I saw in other reviews folks complain about road noise outside but to managements credit - the rooms now have white noise machines and packages of ear plugs! Worked for us as we didn't notice any noise.

We did a weekend trip to Salem. Great place to stay. The only complaint was the fridge didn't stay cold. Next time i will definitely bring my own pillows as well. They were a little flat so i used 3. They were renovating the 2nd floor (where we stayed) and it didnt disturb us at all.

Our room had cold water in the shower and bathroom sink . We left a day early because of the cold water issues was not taken care of . Other Nice facilities nice rooms great breakfast.

Ok for the price.
Ok for the price. Hotel is under construction for a remodel, I guess? Shower water pressure is bad, it needs a little more pressure. Shower head is too low, you can adjust but not high enough. Internet is bad, kept disconnecting, had to use my cel phone internet. The free breakfast ends too early. The photos on the app are definitely outdated, the hotel does not look that pretty in person. On the plus side, staff are very friendly.
