I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this hotel, which turned out to be more like a very poorly maintained motel. The room was nothing like the advertised photos. The carpets were worn and stained, and the bathroom, especially the bathtub, looked old and uninviting. The room lacked even basic amenities – there was no closet, just a small rack to hang clothes. The so-called "view" was a parking lot and a wine store, far from the scenic expectation I had. Both Travelocity and I tried reaching the manager from the moment I checked in, but no one was available, and I’ve yet to receive any response or refund for the steep $340 per night on top of $75 security deposit per night and another $25 facility fee per night. I even submitted photos showing the actual condition, but communication has been non-existent. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place! This place is not near a 4 star rather than a middle of round about motel.

Where to begin at this nightmare hotel. Worst part is their Hidden fees x2 ($25 parking/night AND $25 destination fee/night) on top of regular charges. What a sc*mbag way to run a business especially a place as bad as this. Instead of fixing their horrible bar they just charge you to keep it afloat. No way to get these two charges removed. Paid an extra $200 for the stay without using. Bar was atrocious. Bartender seemed to be on some substance. So bad we just ate the other days of fees rather than patronage the bar. Front desk staff are horrible, careless and no empathy. When asked about these hidden extra charges all they say is “It’s not my rules”. What a great face of the company. TV remote barely worked. I Had to press the buttons 5 times for it to work/ fox channel for World Series didn’t work even tho it’s listed on tv guide, channel had a black screen. Fire alarm was hanging by wires from ceiling in our room. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Pillows were thinner than a saltine cracker. Two towels and 1 roll TP in bathroom. $3 for small 8oz water bottle. Paper thin walls. Hear walking above and around you like they’re echoed stomps. Hear dogs barking while in your room; was waiting for elevator and once doors opened someone’s dog charged at me and jumped on me. Even tho dog was on a leash. Nightmare trying to get in/out of the Parking lot with heavy traffic and a roundabout that you have to turn very fast into P-lot or you’ll miss it. Would never return.

The hotel is really clean and around a very convenient (with a T station < 5 min walking distance) and safe area. We had no problem visiting friends around Alewife and walking back home at 1AM. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
This was the absolute worst hotel stay we have ever had. Our room wasn’t very clean and the bathroom had hair all over it. They have hidden fees even though we booked through Hotels.com they charged us more than the $50 we were advised we owed. Brianna the front desk person through text discussed our displeasure of the condition of our room and said she would waive the 2 night parking fee. Well the next morning at check out I’m looking over our bill and see the charge for $65.11. This is for parking and the $25 resort fee/breakfast. I said you told us you would be waiving that fee for parking she starts arguing she did, but of course she did not. There was only the cash back for eating breakfast one day and one parking. She is a liar and very rude, she refused to finish checking us out and pushed us aside to help people behind us and said they needed to go. Well we also need this resolved and needed to go. She lied and said she couldn’t reverse charges when in fact she could. Brianna finally finished a few other people and I said we need to go and very snotty she said she reversed the charges and gave us a credit, well guess what SHE CHARGED MY CARD $65.11!!! I expected better from a Hilton hotel.

The staff was really snarky to both my party and I saw the front desk manager get into a yelling altercation with another guest as well. People from hotel staff unlocked/opened my room door several times (not checkout or housekeeping times) Property charges were not as described and they wanted to charge several hundred dollars more than the reserved price. I ended up staying for one night because I had just come in off the flight but had to book elsewhere for the 2nd night of my stay. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton.

Second time at this hotel and would stay again. It’s a safe and quiet hotel with good transport links and a short walk to the red line Alewife station. Plenty of shops and dining spots within a short distance. I slept really well in the comfortable bed.

9/10 The location was just a bit weird but its mass. The staff was great and helpful, loved the online check in and digital key. Price was good. Rooms were very clean. My favorite part of any hotel is always the type of shower they have. This one had a rain fall shower and i loved it. Bar and restaurant on site, plaza next door and Starbucks on site.
