Enjoyable Stay
The Hampton Inn in Norwood is really nice. I truly enjoyed my stay there over the Christmas holiday. It was better than expected. My room was so clean, quiet and updated. I greatly appreciated checking in and out over the app. I will return for a longer stay in the future.

Unfortunate experience
There was some dirt on my bottom sheet. There was no top sheet and a very light blanket, which did not keep me warm enough. There were no other blankets in the room. The shower had 3 streams of water, which I tried to fix and turned into 1 stream of water coming out. It took about 20-25 minutes before they could find someone to fix it or decide to let me use another room. A manager was texted about the problem, but did not respond. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times before and have always had an excellent experience. This was not good!

What happened to Breakfast??
Free breakfast was very limited, bakery products were poor and no regular coffee. Very substandard for a.Hampton Inn.

Towels had a bad smell . And the hotel wasnt clean that much Curtain it wasnt working imagine i i dont want to be nude . Didnt like it . They gave me the garbished room . Dont answer me oo sorrg or something is not gonna work ;)
