The staff was very nice. The room was clean. It is a good hotel for business people, but far from tourist attractions such as the Freedom Trail and the museums.

Positives: I liked the decor, style, and cleanliness of the property. The food was fantastic, and I felt safe. The shampoo/conditioner/lotion/etc. was high quality, and the bed and linens were comfortable. Negatives: The TV did not consistently work, the outlets in the desk were "missing" (there was USB outlet holes, but no electronics in it). I was not informed that had a $10 credit per day at the Tradesman if I charged the spend to my room until the last day (amounting to about $40 in missed credits as I went there every morning).Additionally, the complementary water bottles were not restocked during the room resets (however, when I brought this up to the front desk, they were accommodating and would bring the water to my room. It was just a bummer to have to ask).

We had a brilliant stay, superb location, great on site facilities, easily walkable to pretty much everywhere, close to waterfront for ferries, all of the Dagny team were brilliant… friendly, helpful and efficient. Highly recommend.

Great stay at the Dagny Hotel in Boston! The location was fantastic, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only giving four stars due to some unexpected fees, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Would stay here again!
