They have a really professional and pleasant personnel. The rooms were pleasant and spotless. I didn't get to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, convenient parking, and 24-hour coffee, but it was good to know it was available.

3 night stay as part of longer trip. Some staff very helpful, others not so and quite rude to guests. Breakfast offered daily, with tea and coffee available 24/7 - although water not always at decent temperature. Hotel a long way out from Boston so we spent a few $$ on Ubers! Next time I’ll do my homework.

This was a nice hotel, although the walls are paper thin, which is amplified by the room layout- the tv of one room is on the wall of the bed in the next room. Because of this, if you have someone next to you that sleeps with the tv on, you would need a sound machine/app to sleep if noise is a problem for you. Someone's cell phone was ringing and we literally looked at our phones because it sounded so clear. There was a motorcycle outside that sounded like it was in our room and we were on the third floor In addition, the security light in the room blinked continuously, which could be a problem if you need a dark sleeping environment. But room was large and clean with refrigerator and microwave. It was conveniently located off the interstate. We took the train into Boston, but there is not a station in Randolph. They will let you on by paying cash or using the app. We took an uber back to the room from the prudential center and it was $70 Locally, we found a cute township park/play area for the kids and some restaurant options. Across the street to imax theater, although we didn't go there. No hot tub at pool. Water on the cool side. Nice steps across shallow end side though if not wanting to get completely in water. Breakfast was good. Usually egg, potato, and sausage options. Pastries, cereals, yogurt, apple and banana. And pancake maker, but if it's busy, it can be a long wait. No waffle maker

Baldwin was super kind during check in. The rest of the staff I interacted with was cool as well. Willing to help out however they can. The complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good. Rooms were clean and pretty spacious. Liked the blackout curtains as well room was able to get pitch black just how I like it. Slept in a king room bed was VERY comfortable! Would most definitely stay here again.

Great breakfast. Clean and spacious room. We stayed 2 nights and it was so noisy on the Friday night. Loud music outside even after midnight. The room is poorly soundproofed. We can hear noise from the other room and the hallway.

The hotel was cleaned and our room cleaned every day. A lot of hotels don’t clean your room daily if you’re staying for several days. (We were there for a week). The breakfast was great for starting our day out sightseeing everyday. Only thing we didn’t like was a few of our neighbors. One was smoking and smell came into our room (they were asked to leave) and another were fighting until 2:30am one night - very loudly! I know hotel can’t control this, but did make for a long day the next day with little sleep. I would stay here again!
