Althought the stay was quiet, checking in at night was a nightmare. Staff kept giving us different answers regarding parking and wasted about an hour trying to just oark our vehicle. Then whenwe found parking finally and got access into the garage, the staff said they could have parked it for us. Will not be staying here again alone for the stress caused from the start of check in.

Great location, wonderful staff
The location of this hotel was perfect. Walking distance to the North End and public transportation, but enough out of the bustle to be quiet. The staff were amazing the whole time. Very helpful and cheerful. The room was a bit on the small side (no desk, dresser, and a very tiny closet), but for our purposes it was fine. The fitness center had all of the basics and was well maintained as well.

Excellent location.
This stay was for a breakfast meeting held at a venue in the vicinity of the hotel, which was one of the main reasons I had wanted to stay here. I am also a Hyatt member. My overall experience was great, as I usually have with all Hyatt brands, but I was not quite happy that there wasn’t coffee/tea in the lobby area, and there was not a writing desk. The overall ambiance was darker than other Hyatt hotels I had experienced. As highlights, staff members were all courteous and the BeeKind toiletries were very fine and pleasant. I used not to take the wall mounted toiletries stations because they do not feel personal, but now I think it would save the waste of unfinished soaps and lotions, etc.

The check was smooth. We reached way later than the check-in time due to a long drive journey, the lady at the reception was able to help us out with check-in and valet parking.. the hotel is at the prime location located near the shopping areas along the streets. The room was spic and span.
