Loved the location of the hotel. What stood out for us was how friendly and gracious the concierge was. No matter my question, he was so professional and pleasant. The gym was very nice as was the front desk staff. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Boston!

Stayed two nights on business; rare opportunity given normal rates are higher than typical business allowances. Room was very poorly cleaned. Room service menu was wet as if someone spilled water all over it. Toilet was poorly cleaned with urine stains clearly visible on the underside. Random towel left strewn on the tub. Surprising given the hotel's reputation. Front desk attendants were polite and the hotel lobby is nice.

Very nice hotel. The staff is top notch. Facilities, including the gym are very good. We did not venture into the bar or restaurant. However, they looked nice. Beware $65 parking charge per night. A bit steep.
