The rooms did not match pictures on Expedia. The rooms were dirty…bathroom mirror was unclean, bath mart had dirt on it, spider eggs were in corners on ceiling and the bedspread was Polly. In the other room, porcelain was rubbed off tub and extra lock was missing. The rooms were so disgusting we did not stay for our reservation. I would not recommend these rooms to anyone!

Great place to stay when visiting Salem. The only thing I wish they had was a charging station for EVs. The room also smelled a bit damp when we came in at the end of each day. Carpet could have used a good cleaning. There were no hand towels either.

Beautiful lake, hotel is, meh. We were here for 4 nights and they didn't even bring us clean towels. When I asked a maid she said we had to ask at the front desk.

Might be the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The hotel did not service my room any of the days I was there. There was mildew all over the bathtub. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. On my first night there, the neighbors were loud, so I put my headphones on to get some sleep. Near midnight, the front desk rang my room’s phone, waking me up, to ask me if the noise of my neighbors was bothering me. During checkout, the employees were having a conversation with each other and barely acknowledged me - just asked my room number and said I was all set. Definitely got what I paid for since the cost was low. One perk - the hotel bar had live music a couple nights during my stay, and that was nice.

Property was on very pretty grounds, hotel itself was ok. Mostly worth the money because of how close it was to places but how secluded it was also. Housekeeping didn't offer more toilet paper, towels, and nothing was ever said about what to do with our trash so we took it down ourselves all week. Restaurant was also great, most amazing bartender ever.

It was fine for a bed to sleep in at night during our trip to Salem, but overall, I would not go back. Pros: Location Nice staff Lake is pretty Cons: Blankets smelled like they werent cleaned before we came Room was not cleaned once during our stay Breakfast quality was poor Too expensive
