Location was wonderful, the room was impeccable, and the staff were very helpful. I frequented the business center with wifi, restrooms, comfortable couches, and water, tea, and coffee. I had a ginger beer at the restaurant next to the entrance. Outside, the T station, Porter Square shops and Restaurants were right across the street. This is a choice in hotels that I would make again.

Beautiful little hotel, great room, comfy bed and the best pillows. Everything was spotless and the hotel staff were so hopeful. Valet parking quick and painless and only $28 a night, a steal for Boston. Nice little lounge and coffee area too.

Convenient Location
Convenient location in Cambridge. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Close to mass transit. My complaint with this hotel was that the room looked nice but wasn't very comfortable or easy to use. The room was very small and the bathroom fixtures weren't very functional.

Show in Boston
Nice hotel, very close (1 minute walk) to the T and shopping area. Great new restaurant inside with a very good breakfast. Nice Thai restaurant across the street. It was a very good experience and excellent alternative to downtown Boston when hotels are $500+ per night

Easy to check-in. Our room was not available so we went to grab lunch and explore Harvard square. One stop using the subway, very easy, fast and cheap. They gave us a call when our room was ready. The next day our flight wasn't until 6pm so they held our bags until we were ready to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

I forgot some items in the room when I checked out. I returned to Canada and I was called by the hotel to let me know they had found the items and made arrangements to ship them to me. One item is quite expensive. Great customer care and service.

room was extremely small no makeup removing wipes parking wasn't clear for valet nothing in rooms for reference data, i.e. couldn't find restaurant name/menu most of staff were great when asked for help restaurant staff were excellent
