Well worth the price. Front desk staff were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun. Vanessa gave us great advice and recommendations. Cleaning staff do a great job an are very friendly. Restaurant staff were efficient and friendly. I'll stay here again.

Easily one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and so expensive. Not worth the price for a dirty room, beds covered in hair. We felt we couldn’t complain or we’d be charged more to change rooms or switch sheets. Very uncomfortable experience. $150 holding charge that wasn’t stated on website anywhere when paying with a debit card. $800 hotel should have been $200. Holiday inn is better. Should have cancelled and stayed there. Area the hotel was in was awful. Says it’s located Boston common, which isn’t completely untrue. But it’s not in a business district, in a really sketchy area. Overall a bad expiriance. Front desk was rude. But all other staff was very nice.

Most front desk had staff zero eye contact and came across quite dismissive. Service in restaurant was practically nonexistent. Very disappointing. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and convenient.

This was my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep coming back for good reasons. The area is great, and the price is usually quite reasonable. The staff is always very friendly, and the hotel is clean, quiet, and has comfortable beds. My only wish is that the parking was a bit more affordable, but overall, I really enjoy staying here.
