We stayed for 3 nights as a family with kids loved everything about the property. The location was ideal for a visit to MIT and local restaurants, short cab to central Boston. The hotel itself was so elegant full of character, room was clean and spacious and staff friendly and accommodating. Great start to the day with breakfast included. Highly recommend.

My stay at the Kendall Hotel was great! The staff was welcoming, helpful and overall very kind. The hotel and room were clean and loved that there were aspects of the firehouse throughout. Parking on premises was also super easy. I truly appreciated the buffet breakfast that was included with my stay. It was way better than the usual continental breakfast! The only reason that I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the elevator was out of service during my stay. The staff was super apologetic which was appreciated. However having to go up 6 flights of stairs every time to get to my room was a little tough. Overall, I would definitely recommend the Kendall Hotel!

Loved the breakfast and the location and the friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. One of my lightbulbs was out when I arrived and it got fixed right away. In fact, the housekeeper noticed it and took the initiative, I didn't even need to call the front desk. I'd happily stay there again if I need to be in the area.

Cute boutique hotel, it is a historic hotel so be aware that it is an old building that has been renovated. Cute firehouse touches. Convenient location if you are spending time in Cambridge! Not a big hotel with lots of amenities, but comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Basically next door to the MIT admissions/visitors office so it's an ideal hotel for future collegians. Very tight parking fwiw - nothing bigger than a midsize sedan will fit in their garage. Comfy beds with good decor in room and hallways
