This property was nothing special, price with fees and taxes for what you get is not a good value. Have stayed in NYC at great boutique hotel with lots more amenities in the heart of Manhattan for lots less.

The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on. It was hard as concrete. The ac in the room did not work well. Set at 66, but felt like 75 the entire time.

There is a large multistory building construction going on just across the hotel. There was very loud noise and bright lights coming to room. The curtains are sheer and the inner curtains are very narrow and do not cover the window. All night it sounded like war zone. I called front desk and they said they did not have any other rooms to move me there. I want refund.

Great location, walkable to ever sight, no more than a mile. Safe area, next to Mass General. Many restaurants in the area, Walgreens and Whole Foods next door. Negatives, shower needed cleaning, too much mold. Toilet handle did not work right. There was a noticeable depression on the bed. We had to ask for towels and rooms service more than once at the front desk.

The property was as expected , clean and quiet. The exercise room was adequate and well attended to. Had dinner at hotel and found that the food was excellent. Noise and related traffic due to Mass Gen construction was a bit annoying but not Hotel ‘s fault

The rooms, lobby, and even elevators need an update. The lobby needs some care and some paint, the elevators were missing buttons and smelled musky, and the room need some attention as far as having some closet door and the shower faucets working properly. Still on the other side, the staff is great, very attentive, and accommodating.

In booking the property I was led to believe that breakfast was included. I learned after arriving that it was not. This impacted my travel budget. I was advised from hotel staff that the breakfast included required an upgrade, but when the hotel emailed me of possible upgrades the breakfast option was not there!

Amazing service from the staff and the valet parking option was totally worth the price. Hotel location was so close to everything we came for and the room rate was a lot cheaper than other hotels in the area. Would definitely stay here again
