We have stayed at other Omnis before and this one just missed the mark. First, it was under construction when we arrived. The message we received prior to booking stated that all construction would be finished by October. That wasn’t the case. Due to the renovations, the hotel smelled like chemicals or paint. We could not use the outside facilities due to inclement weather, but when we went to sit inside in the evening we were told we could not go to the lounge/or any of the seating areas due to a private party. There was an event two nights in a row. There was no place to sit other than our room. This was a disappointment. However, the rooms were renovated and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite the remodel, the bathroom did not have a working fan. The location was in a business park which was surprising, but the parking was free.

Staff was so kind and helpful, both front desk, and in the Camper restaurant. Only complaint was not knowing we were on a floor with pets, and a dog across the hallway was barking a lot.

Unfortunatly the restraunt was under construction when we stayed. The hotel is nice and is close to lots of shopping. The hot tube though it is luke warm was a plus. Totaly set up for conventions.

Great service, terrific rooms and overall aesthetic, nice breakfast menu at the camper. Coffee should be more available to guests early in the morning before the shop and restaurants open.

Very nicely decorated, poor acoustics
Room was recently renovated and very nice. Had a modern, cabin vibe. Pipes were very loud and making lots of noises throughout our time in the room. For the price would have expected better acoustics.
