Paradise
Wow - we could not have been prepared for the beauty and ease of this trip. It started with Gizelle the property manager, gracefully answering all of my billion questions and setting up an easy arrival. Then, we were welcomed at the airport by Kemar at the for an easy transfer. Upon arrival, we met Kay, Riccardo, and Chef Ritchie -greeting us with cool towels and rum punch.The property is gorgeous - and immaculately kept. Chef Ritchie prepared us gorgeous and thoughtful cuisine - and was able to delight our Gluten-free friend with fresh GF bread/muffins/fried chicken/everything. The food was delicious - but also so beautifully prepared - I loved the salad rolled into the cucumber, the candied bacon twists, omg the best caesar salad ever, the pineapple upsidedown cake, the bass fish - i could go on. It was perfect.Riccardo our butler was always two steps ahead of us. Delighting us with pina coladas as we were sitting by the pool, planning an afternoon cheese, making iced coffee. He was creating beautiful floral arrangements for different tablescapes every meal. Ritchie created the 5 star food and Ricardo gave us the 5 star service with it. It was such a delight.Our group had a bit of an argument in the middle of the stay - and Ricardo and Kay showed such kindness and emotional intelligence in helping us get through it. Arranging for different table set ups and giving folks space and even hugs.I could keep on going - but there is a char limit!! GO!!!
